El astronauta Edwin Aldrin fue el segundo humano en pisar la Luna; Aldrin Edwin Eugene
nacio en Montclair, N.J. EEUU, se graduo en West Point y estuvo presente en sesenta y seis misiones en la guerra de Corea; en 1963 recibio el titulo de medico en el MIT y fue elegico para ser Astronauta.
En 1966 volo con Jaime A Lovell hijo, nacido en 1928, en un vuelo de cuatro dias en el Geminis 12, que orbitaba la Tierra una y otra vez; Aldrin tambien "camino" en el espacio , probando que el ser humano puede mantenerse en el vacio y sin gravedad del espacio fuera de la Tierra.
In 1966 he joined James A. Lovell, Jr. (b. 1928) on the four-day Gemini 12 flight. Aldrin's 512-hour walk in space proved that humans can function effectively in the vacuum and weightlessness of space. In July 1969, on the Apollo 11 mission, he became the second human to walk on the Moon.
En julio 1969 estuvo en la mision Apolo 11, siendo el segundo ser humano en bajar a la Luna, aunque ahora hay quienes dicen que las misiones 11 a 13 no llegaron a la Luna; Aldrin le dio un punete a un tipo que queria que jurara con la mano en la Biblia que si habia llegado a la LUna .

Lo que a mi me llamo la atencion, fue que cuando filmaban en la LUna, no siguieron transmitiendo, y la escena quedo congelada despues de un rato; no se si para todo el mundo sucedio igual, o no. Tambien, cuando Armstrong dijo su frase famosa, su voz sono quebrada,y no se entendio mayormente que fue lo que dijo en ese momento; creo que en vez de elegir una frase clara y concisa, eligio una complicada y apenas se entendio, ya que hizo una pausa entre palabras y palabras- quizas estaba emocionado ?

If alien craft truly exist, wouldn’t the American astronauts have seen and reported such?

Thus goes the usual argument by those who would never place faith in UFO sightings or metaphysical experiences. Such science acolytes see high-tech hardware and rocket jets as the only viable means of exploring space. They view our astronauts as men and women operating strictly within the confines of conventional science and engineering. They place unlimited faith in NASA’s ability to study the universe by spending taxpayer money solely on traditional technology.

So, where does this leave the astronauts? Has this nation’s spacefarers confronted the unknown in space?

No one, certainly not me and Pete Conrad, who I was with the whole time, saw anything that suggested ancient civilizations.” NASA spokesman Brian Welch added, “Everything we found, we made public.”

En general , los astronautas de EEUU han mantenido un frente comun, negadon todo sobre OVNIS; que no han visto, etc. Alan Bean, en un programa de TV en que se hablo sobre la "CARA DE MARTE", dijo que no habia visto jamas un OVNI, y que en la Luna no habian ruinas de ET.

A According to transcripts of the technical debriefing following the Apollo 11 mission, astronauts Armstrong, Edwin “Buzz” Aldrin and Michael Collins told of an encounter with a large cylindrical UFO even before reaching the moon. Aldrin said, “The first unusual thing that we saw I guess was one day out or pretty close to the moon. It had a sizable dimension to it...” Aldrin said the Apollo crew at first thought the object was the Saturn 4 booster rocket (S-IVB) but added, “We called the ground and were told the S-IVB was 6,000 miles away.” Aldrin described the UFO as a cylinder while Armstrong said it was “...really two rings. Two connected rings.” Collins also said it appeared to be a hollow cylinder which was tumbling. He added, “It was a hollow cylinder. But then you could change the focus on the sextant and it would be replaced by this open-book shape. It was really weird.”

Even more strange was the experience of Aldrin and Armstrong, after they reached the moon.

According to an Associated Press story of July 20, 1969 (my file copy is from the San Bernardino Sun-Telegram), the astronauts sighted eerie lights inside a crater near the point on the moon where their lunar lander was due to touch down the next day.

On their first sweep around the moon, Armstrong described a mysterious bright light on the inner wall of the crater Aristarchus, located north of their flight path. “It seems to have a slight amount of florescence to it. The area in the crater is quite bright,” he reported. “That area is definitely brighter than anything else I can see. There doesn’t appear to be any color involved in it…It looks like an eerie sight,” confirmed Aldrin.

Two astronauts who appear to have broken ranks are Dr. Edgar Mitchell and Gordon Cooper. On a Oprah Winfrey Show on July 19, 1991, Mitchell hinted that all information regarding UFOs has not been released, saying, “I do believe that here is a lot more known about extraterrestrial investigation than is available to the public right now (and) has been for a long time....It’s a long, long story. It goes back to World War II when all of that happened, and is highly classified stuff.”

On “Dateline NBC” in 1996, Mitchell was even more candid. “I have no firsthand experience, but I have had the opportunity to meet with people from three countries who in the course of their official duties claim to have had personal firsthand encounter experiences...with extraterrestrials,” he said. Recently, Mitchell flatly stated that some advanced military craft use technology derived from alien spacecraft that have been collected by the U.S. Government.

Cooper, in a letter read during a 1978 meeting at the United Nations to discuss UFOs, stated, “...I believe that these extraterrestrial vehicles and their crews are visiting this planet form other planets, which are obviously a little more advanced than we are here on Earth.”

Also that year, Cooper wrote a letter to the ambassador of the Mission of Grenada to the United Nations supporting a UN initiative to study UFOs. In his letter, Cooper stated that astronauts “are very reluctant to even discuss UFOs due to the great numbers of people who have indiscriminately sold fake stories and forged documents abusing their names and reputations without hesitation. Those few astronauts who have continued to participate in the UFO field have had to do so very cautiously. There are several of us who do believe in UFOs and who have had occasion to see a UFO on the ground, or from an airplane.”

Cooper’s mention of a “UFO on the ground” apparently was a reference to his own experience at Edwards Air Force Base on May 2, 1957. In 1993, Cooper gave this account of the incident, “...I had a crew that was filming an installation of a precision landing system we were installing out on the dry lake bed, and they were there with stills and movies and filmed the whole installation and they came running in to tell me that this UFO, a little saucer, had come down right over them, put down three gear, and landed about 50 yards from them, and as they proceeded to go on over to get a closer shot of it, it lifted up, put the gear in, and disappeared in a rapid rate of speed. And so I had to follow my directions as a military...I had to look up the regulations on who I was to call to report this, which I did, and they ordered me to immediately have the film developed, put it in a pouch, and send them by the commanding general’s plane to Washington, which I did. And that was the last I’ve ever heard of the film.”

It is interesting to note that, despite the continued protests that there is no government secrecy regarding UFOs, there is no public report on this incident. Although the event was listed in the Project Blue Book index, a full report and clear photos are suspiciously absent.

Yet Cooper, who reported the UFO landing, was selected as a Mercury astronaut only two years later. In a 1996 interview, Cooper said he discounts any conventional explanation for his experience. Asked his thoughts on UFOs, the astronaut said, “Well, I figured it was somebody coming from some distant place to visit us.”

So, at least some of this nation’s astronauts have had unexplained experiences and voiced views radically different from conventional thinking.

Ricky Sorrells drew for Earthfiles his perspective looking up through the trees on his property at a “tin barn grey” metal emitting “mirage heat waves” and embedded with cone-shaped holes he thought were equally separated by forty feet over the entire surface of the aerial craft above him. Ricky judged that the aerial craft was 300 feet above him and the trees. He also estimated the surface diameter of the cones was about six feet, tapering another six to eight feet down into a cone-shaped hole that ended in a three-foot-diameter circle. Below is a drawing focused on one of the cone-shaped holes.

Ricky Sorrells saw the sky replaced by a "barn tin grey" and flat metal embedded with cone-shaped holes as far as he could see - "at least three football field lengths (1,000 feet)." Each cone-shaped hole was separated from the others by an estimated 40 feet; each cone-shaped hole was about 6 feet in diameter and 6 to 8 feet deep.

"It was positively, absolutely nothing from these parts," Steve Allen, left, says during an interview with Mike Von Fremd of ABC News. Allen described the unidentified object as being an enormous aircraft with flashing strobe lights — and it was totally silent. He said the UFO sped away at more than 3,000 mph, followed by two fighter jets that were hopelessly outmaneuvered. Allen said it took the aircraft just a few seconds to cross a section of sky that it takes him 20 minutes to fly in his Cessna. The veteran pilot said the UFO, an estimated half-mile wide and a mile long, was "bigger than a Wal-Mart."

Constable Lee Roy Gaitan reported that another police officer had seen a huge cigar-shaped aerial craft with two “antennas” topped by red lights moving slowly about 300 to 400 feet in the air near the Stephenville, Texas, courthouse. He described it as approximately two to three football fields long.

Indiana-01-31-2008-I was home alone and decided to go to the kitchen to get a glass of water and maybe find a snack. Just as I approached the kitchen/dining room area (they're the same room and we have a bay-window/patio door there) I noticed what I immediately thought was a helicopter about 300-400 feet away, just across the street and above the tree-line. Because we kind of live in the country, I thought that was unusual... then it hit me that I couldn't hear any noise at all! And then the obvious shape difference hit me like a bag of rocks and I ran for my camera - literally (I almost tripped over a rug).

I don't know how long it was there before I saw it, but it hung around for 2 or 3 minutes after I noticed it... not moving or flashing or anything. The only thing I noticed was a sort of wavy-ness of the air surrounding the object - that's probably what stuck me most, actually. It resembled kind of what you see over a hot road on a summer day. It was getting dark, but I distinctly remember the dark tree line shimmering just below the object, against the sky-glow.

I had just enough time to take a picture on my camera (before the batteries died), and then I got one on my cell phone right before it "disappeared" --- I say that, because I believe it just went directly away from me at a high speed very suddenly... it actually appeared to grow smaller and disappear, but curve up slightly as it was doing so. The direction was about directly westward I believe.

Long ago, when I was a young kid, I remember seeing a funny light in the sky (from very far away) and watching it do all sorts of "tricks" ~ but I couldn't actually see it as an object. This is the only other time that I have seen something this close, that I know from my own eyes what I saw in a detailed manner. Very exciting indeed (although the first couple nights were difficult to sleep well!)

Ausserdem wurde die deutsche Stadt Freiburg am 10.5.1940 durch Naziflugzeuge angegriffen, 58 Tote. Also wer hat nun eine Vorliebe für den Mord an wehrlosen Zivilpersonen?

Ich stimme Dir 100 prozent zu. Die Nazis waren Verbrecher, hätten sie 1944 eingesehen dass der Krieg verloren ist, wäre Dresden unzerstört! Wer die Nazis gut findet, ist ein Wahnsinniger. All unsere Städte sind zerstört, vor dem Krieg hatte Deutschland die schönsten Städte der Welt, vergleicht mal Bilder von damals und heute. Man möchte weinen.
