Germany was attacked because Russia found out about UFO technology and aliens working with NAZIs, which of course bestowed
too much power to NAZIs who had no control over their own self to use it. This was a mistake by the extraterrestrial
civilization who had expected a birth of a true race of humans living in peace and harmony. One of the aliens (in the form of
a German SS General), went to Britain to start a war against Germany. This alien of course was kidnapped and kept in secret
place.

Crop Circles..........By Nick Decker
Many crop circle researchers have noticed and experienced paranormal
phenomena and various physical effects in some crop circles.
reasons:
- unseen forces or intelligences can move objects or weave crop.
in some haunted places women with long hair have had their hair
braided by spirits while they were napping.
- mysterious lights and orbs have been seen or photographed in both
haunted places and in some crop circles. Theses lights in the past
were called ghosts lights, fairy lites or Will-o'-the-wisp.

Ghost lights. Strange, bright lights thats' origin is completely
unknown. They can come in balls or in irregular shapes as well. They
can be observed from a distance. When ever people try to approach
these lights they will disappear. The most common colors of these
strange lights are white and yellow. They can come in other colors as
well like orange, blue, and red. They have been known to pulse, change
their color and dance about near the horizon or by the ground. Some
also have released gaseous substances. Many appear at random and
others appear regularly in the same places. Some can be active for
years at a time. Just like UFOs, ghost lights are mostly found in
remote places.
The will-o'-the-wisp, sometimes will-o'-wisp or ignis fatuus Latin,
from ignis ("fire") + fatuus ("foolish"), plural ignes fatui) refers
to the ghostly lights sometimes seen at night or twilight over bogs,
swamps, or marshes. It looks like a flickering lamp, and is sometimes
said to recede if approached. Much folklore surrounds the phenomena.

Several eyewitnesses to crop circles testify that they have seen
strange balls or clouds of light in and around crop circles as they
were being formed, and even some time after they were formed. In an
article by Linda Moulton Howe, she quotes a witness who saw a bright
light that seemed to come up out of the ground after he and a friend
entered a large crop formation known as the Galaxy in 1994: "It was so
bright, it lit up the hills in the background. It was bluish-white in
color and about as big as the formation, fifty to sixty meters wide.
The bright light formed some sort of cloud and it changed shape
continuously as it hovered over the formation. After a couple of
seconds, it rose at slow speed and disappeared into the darkness. My
friend and I were totally flabbergasted!"

Several new effects have been reported to me, such as:
awareness of a `presence` whilst visiting a formation,
a peculiar sort of `metallic` taste, panic attacks, blurred vision.
The physical effects have been diverse. They include reports of
nausea, headaches, dizziness, blurred vision, and tingling, as well as
cases of short or long term healing. "The pain seeped out of my toes."
"Severe migraine disappeared, then reappeared on leaving formation."
"Whilst I was in the circle, the chronic pain in my left shoulder and
wrist became intense and gradually my whole left arm, hand and left
part of my chest became very hot. Leaving the formation and for a
couple of hours later, my left arm felt slightly `paralysed`. Later in
the evening the symptoms totally receded and from the next morning
till several days afterwards the chronic pain disappeared." "I could
lie down for the first time in fifteen years." "Extreme fatigue, head
and stomach - yuk!" "Felt as though I am being pulled apart by a
magnet." "Felt so sick I had to make a dash for it."
On the darker side there have been several unpleasant experiences such
as fear, uneasiness and sadness; " I felt bowled over, brain-washed,
disturbed, irritable but elated." " All three of us found ourselves
`addictively gripped. We were `enchanted` or `englamoured` in a manner
which seems to resemble the experiences reported from folklore in
which mortal man makes the mistake of engaging with the faery folk!"
"The unease became worse, changing to foreboding, through panic to
almost terror." "The feeling got worse and I felt I had to get out of
the formation. It felt really claustrophobic and was quite terrifying
at the time."

Extremes of physical effects on people who enter crop circles have
been reported. While some feel elation, others feel ill effects,
including "nausea, headaches, dizziness, tingling sensations, pains
and giddiness." Some claim their menstrual cycles have been affected
while others say they have literally been knocked off their feet.
People aren't the only ones affected. According to "Crop Circles: A
Deeper Look" from the Foundation for Paranormal Research, "one
researcher allowed his dog to enter a newly formed circle. The dog
became violently ill and vomited for about an hour afterward. Sheep in
the area go into a frenzy."
Another witness testified: "During a third visit into the main
Chiseldon formation in 1996 I encountered a couple who couldn't
understand why their normally placid cat suddenly became agitated the
moment he crossed the threshold of the formation. He protested and
looked around frantically for a way out. Once outside he was back to
his normal self."
- poltergeist activity have plagued some crop circle researchers and
people living in haunted houses and after visiting some crop
circles. Colin Andrew experienced security alarms going off for
unexplained reasons in his home after bringing home crop samples.
A policeman recently in England near a crop circle near Silbury Hill,
Wiltshire, encountered three strange
beings with blond hair and jump suits who ran away from him and
disappeared. This police Sergeant
later experienced poltergeist activity in his home, for example:
electrical items playing-up, knocks at the door and when he answers
there is no-one there etc.

A very significant event has occurred within the Alert date period
and
also the defined location: i.e.: 7th July 2009, Silbury Hill,
Wiltshire, England. Crop Circle
located south west of the hill off the
A4 highway.
This is the same location where on the 23 May 1994, four researchers
(including one nuclear scientist) visiting a crop design in this
field, witnessed intense
military presence moments before
they each experienced 45 minutes missing time and within a short
while
a further period of missing
time. Each had red marks appear on their necks and had severe nose
bleeds hours later. A full

This is also the site of a secret military stake out which took place
during the 1990 Operation
Blackbird, where over these fields a large unidentified white orb was
filmed by the army present.
The latest bizarre event took place yesterday morning (7th) at
approximately 5.0 AM, when a
Wiltshire Police Sergeant was driving in his private car towards
Marlborough on the A4 highway and
about to pass Silbury Hill on his left. He looked to his right and
witnessed three exceptionally tall
beings inspecting the new crop circle which appeared there on the 5th
July. He stopped his vehicle
and watched them for several minutes because they stood out as odd.
Each of them were well
over six feet tall, each had blond hair and also they all were
wearing
one piece white suites, with
hoods that had been dropped onto the back of their heads.
After a few minutes watching them, he said they were appeared to be
examining the crop in the circle, he shouted at them from a distance
of about 400 yards but they
ignored him. As soon as he entered the field, they became aware of
him and ran at an amazing
speed to the south, away from Silbury Hill. He said I recognised that
I could never catch up
with them they ran so exceptionally fast. He glanced away for just a
few seconds and looked
back to find that they had completely vanished. He became very uneasy
and left the scene.
The police officer was very aware of hearing a static crackling sound
in the field and around him. He said as the plants moved around, he
could see the movement
coincided with the level of sound, as if the static was effecting the
plants by moving them.
He also started to experience a headache in the field, which became
worse as the day went on and he could not shake it off all day.

mow'd by the Devil or some Infernal Spirit, that no Mortal Man was

Long before crop circles caught the headlines there were fairy rings.
GORDON RUTTER explores the legends and lore of this mysterious
phenomenon, as well the various explanations which have been offered
to account for it. Fairy rings are, and always have been, a lot more
common than today’s
more famous crop circles, but originally their origins were as
mysterious and ascribed to similar causes. Usually, a fairy ring is
visible as a noticeable circle appearing in grass. Some rings are
formed by a luxuriant growth, taller and of a darker green than the
grass at their centre.
Others seem to be the opposite: a patch of poorly-growing grass or
even bare earth in a circular pattern. When both types combine, the
luxuriant growth has an area of bare ground as an inner circle. We
now know that fairy rings are actually produced by fungi – see panel
but this was not always the case. As the common name for the
phenomenon implies, they were widely explained as the result of a
gathering of
fairies that ended with a circular dance. Such was the energy used in
their dancing that the ground was permanently marked.
This gives rise to some of the other common names given to fairy
rings, including fairy dances, fairy courts, fairy walks and fairy
grounds. In Sussex, fairy rings were called ‘hag tracks’, while in
Devonshire it was believed that fairies would catch young horses in
the night and ride them round in circles. The dishevelled state of
livestock in the morning was often attributed to being
‘hag-ridden’.
The perils of straying into a fairy ring terrified rural folk in 17th
century England, as evidenced by an incident recorded by the
antiquarian John Aubrey (1626–97). Writing in 1663, he tells us that
his curate, Mr Hart, was out walking over the local downs one night
when, as he approached a known fairy ring, he was surprised to see “a
quantity of pygmies, or very small people, dancing round and round,
and singing and making all manner of small odd noises.” Seemingly
paralysed, Mr Hart could only stand and observe until, eventually,
the little folk observed him. They rushed towards him and surrounded
him,
causing him to fall over. On the ground, the small creatures swarmed
all over him, pinching him and making tiny, rapid humming noises.
Eventually, they withdrew and, when day broke, Hart discovered
himself in the middle of the fairy ring. He was lucky. Fairylore is
full of
stories of careless trespassers whisked off to fairyland, returning
the following day to find some 20 years have elapsed, or forced to
dance
in the circular revel until some faithful friend comes to the rescue.
Shakespeare was aware of many of the folkloric aspects of fairy
rings. For example, in The Tempest (Act V, scene i), Prospero
declaims:
“You demi-puppets that By moonshine do the green sour ringlets make,
Whereof ewe not bites; and you, whose pastime Is to make midnight
mushrooms…”
Rural folk observed that their livestock often found the grass from
fairy rings to be unpalatable (Shakespeare’s “green sour
ringlets”), while some thought it was actually poisonous. It is
amusing to note that one of the earliest explanations for crop
circles was originally applied to fairy rings. It was said – perhaps
partly
in jest – that amorous hedgehogs chase each other round and round in
circles until mating ensues, causing the grass to be heavily
trampled. This certainly made sense of those rings that looked like
circular
tracks of bare earth. A subterranean variation, in the 1700s, blamed
moles racing round in underground circular tunnels, their fæces
promoting the grass growth above. Presumably those rings composed of
both luxuriant growth and bare earth were combinations of cattle
feeding above while hedgehogs ran rampant below!
The circular movement of other animals was implicated by
association: horses and goats tied to a stake; starlings swooping in
great
circular motions; and ants or snails in majestic circular processions.
One
18th-century author recounted how he sat and watched ants marching
around in circles for 30 minutes, with each ant completing 20 laps in
this manner. Even the slime from snails was blamed as engendering
loathsome toadstools by a kind of spontaneous generation. An
interesting variation on the bare earth fairy rings comes from the
Austrian Tyrol, where it was thought to be earth scorched by a
dragon.
However, just why a dragon should fly in tight circles is not
explained. In Denmark, it used to be thought that elves were made of
hot stuff and so the earth was scorched as they danced round in
circles.
In The Netherlands, the heat came from Old Nick himself. During the
night, the Devil would be abroad collecting milk from cows, storing
it in a massive churn which he carried around with him. Even the
Devil
had to rest, and when he placed the churn, heated by the fires of
Hell,
on the ground, it left the distinctive circular scorch mark.
Explanations from France and Germany invoke witchcraft. Called ‘ronds
de
sorcières’ and ‘Hexenrings’ respectively, they are caused by
sorcerers or witches dancing round in circles (in Germany,
specifically on Walpurgis Night). French folklore holds that an
enormous toad with
bulging eyes squats in the centre of every fairy ring, a thing to be
feared by country peasants.
Fairy rings were credited with magical properties beyond the common
fairy connection; for example, associations with prophecy,
fortune-telling and luck. In the West Country and Scotland, it is
said that a maiden can improve her looks by bathing her face in dew
collected on a May morning; but if the dew is collected from inside a
fairy ring, or if she stands in a fairy ring to collect or apply the
dew, then her appearance is turned into that of an old crone,
complete with spots and blemishes.
Some farmers regard the presence of a fairy ring on their property
as a sign of good luck or as a marker of treasure – treasure which
can
only be found with the help of witches or fairies. In some regions,
stepping into a fairy ring will bring good luck; in others, it will
bring misfortune. It’s always wise to check up on local folklore when
venturing out, just to be on the safe side.
... Sir Arthur Conan Doyle, a firm believer in the
existence of fairies, could not fully let go of the old beliefs
associated with fairy rings. While admitting they were simply a
fungal growth, he wrote (in The Coming of the Fairies, 1923): “It
might be
asserted and could not be denied that the rings once formed, whatever
their cause, would offer a very charming course for a circular
ring-a-ring dance. Certainly from all time these circles have been
associated with the gambols of the little people.”
In the lore of Scandinavia, Scotland, and Ireland, when
God cast out the arrogant angels from heaven, they became the evil
spirits that plague mankind, tormenting us and inflicting us with
harm. The ones who fell into hell and into caves and abysses
became devils and death-maidens. However, those who fell onto the
earth
became goblins, imps, dwarfs, thumblings, alps, noon-and-evening-
ghosts,
and will-o'-the-wisps. Those who fell into the forests became the
wood-spirits who live there: the hey-men, elves, the wild-men, the
forest-men, the wild-women, and the forest-women. Finally, those
who fell into the water became water spirits: water-men, mermaids,
and merwomen. These angels were condemned to remain where they
were, becoming
the faeries of seas and rivers, the earth, and the air.
The following is from the book "The Fairy Faith in Celtic Countries'
published in 1911/ and a quote form a web site on theories of
fairy origins.
The belief in fairies was once common throughout Scotland --
Highland and Lowland. It is now much less prevalent even in the
Highlands
and Islands, where such beliefs linger longer than they do in the
Lowlands. But it still lives among the old people, and is
privately
entertained here and there even among younger people; and some who
hold the
belief declare that they themselves have seen fairies.
Various theories have been advanced as to the origin of
fairies and as to the belief in them. The most concrete form
in
which the belief has been urged has been by the Rev. Robert Kirk,
minister of Aberfoyle, in Perthshire. (1) Another theory of the
origin of
fairies I took down in the island of Miunghlaidh (Minglay); and,
though I
have given it in Carmina Gadelica, it is sufficiently interesting to
be
quoted here. During October 1871, Roderick Macneill, known as
'Ruaraidh mac Dhomhuil, then ninety-two years of age, told it in
Gaelic to
the late J. F. Campbell of Islay and the writer, when they were
storm-stayed in the precipitous island of Miunghlaidh, Barra :--
'The Proud Angel fomented a rebellion among the angels of heaven,
where he had been a leading light. He declared that he would go
and found a kingdom for himself. When going out at the door of
heaven
the Proud Angel brought prickly lightning and biting lightning out
of
the doorstep with his heels. Many angels followed him -- so many that
at last the Son called out, "Father! Father! the city is being
emptied!" whereupon the Father ordered that the gates of heaven and
the gates
of hell should be closed. This was instantly done. And those who
were
in were in, and those who were out were out; while the hosts who had
left heaven and had not reached hell flew into the holes of the
earth,
like the stormy petrels. These are the Fairy Folk -- ever since
doomed
to live under the ground, and only allowed to emerge where and when
the King permits. They are never allowed abroad on Thursday, that
being Columba's Day; nor on Friday, that being the Son's Day; nor
on
Saturday, that being Mary's Day; nor on Sunday, that being the
Lord's Day.
God be between me and every fairy,
Every ill wish and every druidry;
To-day is Thursday on sea and land,
I trust in the King that they do not hear me.

Predication of future with certainty is not possible for any human being. It is Allah, the Creator of the Worlds who knows
best. Man can only interpret His signs. Sun is one of them. The book, “Cosmology and the Human Destiny……” was published in
1998 where I developed certain rules and regulations to predict the general overall situation in the world from the knowledge
of the sunspot activity. These rules were derived from the statistical analysis of the historical events on earth with
respect to the corresponding sunspot activity. For the sake of name, we may call these “SBM Rules” for prediction of futures
from sunspot prediction (See Chapter-4). The idea is that if solar behaviour can be predicted then on this basis we could
predict the future on earth also. It is like weather fore casting. Using the available predictions of NASA about Cycle-23
(1996-2007), I tried to gauze in the future of mankind for this period. That was putting the SBM rules to test. Time has
proven the validation of these rules with remarkable accuracy.
I started serious research on this subject in 1992, after reading in a new paper that very unusual events of failure of
electricity in New York, USA and Quebec in Canada were probably caused by the high solar magnetic storms in those days. My
thesis was, if solar storms can influence working of our computers then why should they not affect the working of human mind,
consequently, the human behavior. After all, our brains are far more sensitive than the electronic gadgetry. In those days I
was extremely busy in my official assignments and needed a hobby for my spare times to keep my mind fresh. Thus I began to
study the world history with reference to sunspot activity; and in the process tried to develop some relationship between
sunspot activity and corresponding important historical events. Consequently, the rules given in the chapter-4 of this book
were arrived at. According to these rules, SBM Crisis Factor is directly proportional to the product of the maximum sunspot
value, time above 80% of the maximum activity, and fall period from maximum to the beginning of the next cycle; and is
inversely proportional to the rise time from the minimum to the maximum of the predicted cycle. However, it magnifies many
times in the spring and autumn months when magnetic effects of Sun and earth get integrated together. For the sake of
reference we may give it the name SBM Spring and Autumn effects.
From the then available NASA data SBM Crisis Factor for cycle-23 was 12500 that indeed was quiet high. However, luckily the
actual behavior of sun fell short of the predicted one. The maximum sunspots rose to 170 only in May 2000 against the
predicted value of 234. There was also a secondary sunspot maximum of 150 in January 2003. Period above 80% maximum activity
remained about 36 months, and rise time from minimum to maximum was also about 36 months. However, fall period from the max
to the min is expected to prolong till end of 2007 i.e. about 60 months. Therefore the actual SBM Crisis Factor for cycle-23
was about 10000 i.e. 20% less than the predicted value. But even this is very high. For a relatively peaceful sunspot cycle
SBM Crisis Factor should be about 5000 to 7000.
Therefore, as predicted, the earthly events during the sunspot cycle-23 remained abnormally violent and world peace suffered
very badly. It brought with it great misery, wars and terrorist attacks of untold magnitude rarely experienced in history. It
began with the ghastly attack on World Trade Centre in New York, USA on 9-11-2001, which was the time of great turbulence in
the Sun also. As reported in the media, (The News April 3, 2006 Islamabad) planning of attack had begun earlier in 1999. This
is the period when sunspot activity had started rising sharply. By 29-3-2001 sunspot activity had reached its peak value of
170. Thereafter, for a short while, Sun experienced some calmness between May - July 2001. However SBM Autumn effects took
over in August 2001, reaching their peak in September 2001, and we see the
horror of WTC. Turbulent solar atmosphere and magnetic activity continued even thereafter. In this turbulent solar atmosphere
on the 8th October 2001 USA attacked Afghanistan with unparallel ferocious bombing. In January 2003, Sun experienced another
burst of Sunspot maximum of 150. This also corresponds to violent air attacks on Afghanistan and fall of Taliban regime. At
the same time we also see building of sharp tension over Iraq, which reached to breaking point due to SBM Spring Effects. In
this environment, Iraq was attacked from ground and air, in March 2003. Thereafter, we see the decreasing intensity of
military strikes with the declining sunspot activity in the heavens. But the peace process has been very slow. It could be
attributed to slow fall rate of sunspot cycle-23, which is expected to attain its minimum by Mid-2007. The overall peace
situation in the world therefore should also improve after April 2006, except for the SBM Autumn Effects in August – October
2006. On the overall we may predict that tension over nuclear crisis of Iran which is threatening world peace should settle
down in the coming months, and remain so for next one year. Situation may however become very hot again from February 2008.
Recounting the events in Pakistan, as the solar activity was rising to its maximum; in October 1999 civil government of Mr.
Nawaz Sahrif was replaced by a Military Rule in a dramatic manner. War in Afghanistan threatened peace here also. As has been
said already, on the overall, world situation for 1999-2004 remained very hot everywhere on earth. However lucky for mankind,
it did not go out of control, because Sun has been milder than the assumed sunspot values in our calculations.
Cycle – 24 and Our Future 2006 to 2008.
As said already minimum of cycle-23 is expected to be delayed till end of 2007 and Cycle-24 will thus begin late. It means
that the harsh impact of cycle-23 on the earthly events will continue lingering longer. However, except for the SBM Spring
and Autumn effects, situation in Afghanistan and Iraq is expected to improve with time till 2008. In Pakistan, trouble in the
province of Balochistan and Northern Areas, will also cool down gradually. On the whole, period between now till January 2008
will be a good time for diplomatic initiatives to succeed every where on earth. We may rule out chances of major military
showdowns in this period. We also hope for peaceful elections in Pakistan, provided they are held before 2008 and they can
avoid the Spring and Autumn effects. Chances of the success of the long marches, rallies and mob movements’ are seen minimum
in the next two years except for the seasonal outbursts in Spring and Autumn.
On the economic front, the 2006-2008 depressing phase of sunspots activity is likely to cause most economies to suffer
adversely, Inflation will rise and business will be uncertain in this period. However, it should pick up from February 2008
at a rapid rate with the increasing sunspot activity. There are good chances for entrepreneurs to succeed thereafter.
THE WORLD BETWEEN 2008-2018
On long term basis, i.e., from 2008 to 2018, if we take into account the predictions made by National Center for Atmospheric
Research (NCAR) for the sunspot cycle 24 situation on earth seems extremely hard. It is predicted by NCAR that the next
sunspot cycle may be 30-50% stronger than the last one and begin as much as a year late. The predictive Flux-Transport Dynamo
Model is enabling NCAR scientists to predict that the next solar cycle, known as Cycle-24, will produce sunspots across an
area slightly larger than 2.5% of the visible surface of the Sun. The scientists expect the cycle to begin in late 2007 or
early 2008, which is about 6 to 12 months later than a cycle would normally start, and is likely to reach its peak about
2012, and see its fall to minimum in 2017. (Ref. http://www.ucar.edu/news/releases/2006/sunspot.shtml)
If these predictions are true then it means a very bad situation for earth, worse than the events of 1997 – 2007. However,
research results by Drs. Leif Svalgaard and Yohsuke Kamide at the Solar-Terrestrial Environment Laboratory, Nagoya University
(Japan) and Edward W.Cliver at the Space Vehicles Directorate, Air Force Research Laboratory, Hanscom Air Force Base
(Massachusetts) suggest that the Sun may remain less active during the next solar cycle. They predict that the next solar
maximum may be associated with a sunspot number of only 75, with an error of + 8. (Ref.. Research News,
http://www.spacew.com/news/05Mar2005/index.php). If they are right then the situation will be much more milder on earth than
that of the cycle 23.
From the above we see that so far long term predictions about cycle -24 are very uncertain. However my personal assessment
supports NCAR. Historically it is seen that if the rate of fall from maximum to minimum of any cycle was slow then the
following cycle has been generally much more turbulent than the previous one. Therefore, NCAR predictions are most likely to
be true. In this case we expect very alarming events for the people on earth, beginning year 2008.
In this case, the world is likely to experience awful political and military turmoil in the next twelve years, which after
2010 may get out of diplomatic and political hands and result into unprecedented wars over the globe. The crisis events could
peak by 2012 and may remain at very dangerous situation for 2013 – 2016. Here we can see a parallel with the World War-I,
exactly one century ago. After 2015 military options will exhaust, and diplomatic efforts could start having an edge. Peace
should be back by 2017, when sun will be calm again Insha-Allah.
The positive signs are that period of the rising solar activity for 2007-2012 will be excellent for the intellectual
achievements, technical innovations and entrepreneurship. Mankind may further conquer many new horizons of science &
technology in diverse fields such as; space, communication, deep oceans, bioengineering; cloning and in health sectors etc.
However these successes will be marred by frequent great natural and unnatural catastrophes, epidemics and lack of peace on
earth. Weather conditions, all over the globe are also likely to remain very uncertain.
Above predictions are based upon the Sun being very active according to the NCAR predictions. However if sun behaves
according to the predictions of Solar-Terrestrial Environment Laboratory, Nagoya University (Japan) earth will then
experience much more peaceful conditions. Anyway nothing is fate-accomplished. Based upon past experience we may hope for 80%
accuracy if the Sun follows the assumed course. It is like weather forecasting and taken as a timely warning to take
appropriate measures and precautions in view of the likely aggressive mood of Sun for the sunspot cycle-24. (Allah knows

A Unique Perspective on Terrorism

Different explanations have been offered to explain why, despite a massive international war for the past several years, the
end of terrorism does not seem to the coming any nearer.
General Musharraf says that the underlying causes of terrorism need to be understood, and then orders banning a few modaris.
Prime Minister Tony Blair confesses that no security measures would preclude another terrorist attack. Afghan President Hamid
Karzai says that terrorism will persist as long as governments employ extremism as a tool of power. President Bush thinks
that the Americans are attacked because the “extremists are against our freedoms, democracy any ways of life”. Some identify
terrorists with long flowing beards, white robes and green turbans – but the London bombers had none of those traits. Some
believe that poverty and unemployment are the root cause, but offer no explanation as to why hundreds of millions of the
destitute masses have not turned to terrorism.
Is there any other perspective from which terrorism may be seen and understood? Yes there is.
A science book, published towards the close of the last century, predicted terror activities on earth due mainly to increased
emission of energy by our Sun. based purely on scientific data, the book predicted hyper human activity at the turn of the
century characterized by wars and serious disturbances in human behaviour. Title, Cosmology and Human Destiny: Impact of
Sunspots on Earthly Events, is no fiction; it is based on a scientific analysis of the Sun’s behaviour and its impact on
human life.
It was first printed in Pakistan in 1998, barely a few months before Kargil – the mother of all misadventures which defied
rational thinking, to the extent that it can only be explained as a serious disturbance in human behaviour and dangerous
hyperactivity of its planners.
The book begins by stating the obvious about the Sun’s profound impact on mankind’s life on earth. As the source of all life,
the Sun gives us our days and night, our weathers and our foods and fruits, it avers.
In 1610, scientists first discovered that occasionally some darks patches, called “sunspots”, appeared on the Sun’s surface.
These patches indicated that some changes were taking place in the pattern of energy emitted by the Sun.
Two hundred years later, scientists observed a strange phenomenon. The Sun spots followed a mysterious and unexplained
pattern, regularly appearing in a cyclic pattern of rise and fall. Scientists call this heightened solar activity “Sun
storms”.
Several years ago, scientists were puzzled when some electric power stations in Canada and space satellites launched by the
US suddenly and mysteriously failed. A deeper study revealed that these ghost-like events corresponded with the peaking of
Sun storms. Investigations showed that during Sun storms, the energy released affected the sensitive electronics computer
chips and disrupted their operation. Study of Sun storms has become a serious subject of research and the US space agency
NASA has now set up a Solar and Heliopheric Observatory (SOHO) in space to predict the Sun’s activity and its impact on space
flights.
If sun storms emitting protons and electrons affect sensitive computers in power plants, is there a possibility that it would
also affect the human mind, which is also like a computer, by bombarding it with protons and electrons? The human brain is a
complex electrical machine with billions of neurons carrying extremely small electrical currents. Do the solar storms, known
for causing disruption in less complex computers, also cause similar disruptions in the human mind? The answer to the
question, according to Cosmology and Human Destiny, is yes, they do.
The book has tabulated scientific data about Sun storms during the past 250 years when the first scientific data was
collected in when the first scientific data was collected in 1755. It also scanned archives and history books for information
about the nature of human activity during periods of solar storms.
The book has painstakingly gathered scientific data about Sun storms from 1750 to 1990 and juxtaposed it with laboriously
researched major historical events during the period. It concluded that the human mind would behave irrationally due to Sun
storms causing death and destruction on a phenomenal scale during the next decade or so.
It abounds in examples. Wars and destruction in the past have coincided with solar storms. When the sunspots were most
numerous, in 1979, the Soviet Union attacked and occupied Afghanistan. The book also claims that the Soviet’s 1989, defeat in
Afghanistan coincided with another peak period of sunspots.
The dismemberment of USSR, unification of East and West Germany and the US-Iraq war, all corresponded with increased solar
storms.
Going back in history, World War I broke out at the time of a sudden upsurge in sunspots in August 1913. Even the ups and
downs in the War coincided with the months of higher solar activity in those turbulent years, or so the book says.
Furthermore, the book reminds, in 1938, an abnormal solar flare, speeding 450 miles per second, swept through the Sun’s
surface, beaming tremendous radiation charged particles and magnetic force towards the Earth. This period coincides with
World War II and the Spanish Civil War. When the atom bomb was used against Japan, in August 1945, the Earth was so oriented
that it was exposed to, the maximum to the Sun’s magnetic field.
Basing itself on NASA’s scientific reports, Cosmology and Human Destiny asserted that, beginning in 1998, the Sun would beam
to, wards Earth a degree of energy never recorded in history. It warned, in 1998, against high levels of turbulence and
turmoil. According to it, the world was to soon witness charged emotions, agitated minds and aggressive attitudes of mankind
due to unprecedented solar storms.
Pakistan, India and countries of the region were served a particularly stern warning. I warned that Pakistan may witness a
repeat in1971-like events and pleaded, “The situation requires great caution and statesmanship both from the civil and
military leaderships of the country”. Apparently, forewarned is fore armed.
And who is the author of this fiction-like scientific work on terror tendency? Not an astrologer or a stargazer; the author
is a professional nuclear engineer of high caliber, who served the Pakistan Atomic Energy Commission for nearly four decades
and has made great contributions in the field of Nuclear power development and enrichment.

saxons or arabs) looks on Bush begining wars as Genghis Khan with a necktie, in a time when everyone were expecting a century
of peace and harmony- the so much remembered 11 September was in no way matching the wars and deaths provoked by those wars
against Afganistan and Irak. Women and childs, able men and old age people are on the cemeteries because of the invasion.
United States choose wars and havoc for the XXI Century; their partners of the first and second world war followed suit- they
had the power because they work for the war making guns, tanks, submarines, carriers and the nuclear bombs by the thousands.

LONDON, England - Britain's Ministry of Defense has released files on UFO sightings dating back to the 1970s, including
witness accounts and the government's response.
1 of 2 The ministry on Wednesday released the files as part of a four-year project to transfer all of the UFO documents to
the National Archives to make them available to curious members of the public.
The documents include hundreds of police reports taken from witnesses who describe seeing lights or strange objects in the
sky, from southern England and Wales up to Northern Ireland.
The files released Wednesday cover 1978 to 1987. The rest, dating from the 1950s and covering recent history, will be
released over the coming years.
Reported sightings typically describe various shapes and colors of lights, moving in formation or hovering in the sky.
Witnesses reported orange, red, white and green lights that were diamond-shaped, square, or cigar-shaped. They reported them
to police, who have a standard 16-question form specifically for UFO sightings.
"The vast majority of them are just ordinary people who've seen something unusual and thought that they ought to tell someone
about it," said David Clarke, a professor at Sheffield Hallam University and a UFO expert who worked with the National
Archives on the project.
In one sighting in January 1985, a man near Cardiff, Wales, was closing his living room curtains when he saw an object in the
sky. He said it moved "up and down like a bouncing ball," then disappeared behind a mountain.
Two police officers in Woking, south of London, reported seeing a white light in the sky on Christmas morning 1985. The
light, they said, moved into the nearby area of Horsell, where author H.G. Wells had placed the Martian landing in his book,
"War of the Worlds."
The person who took the report noted the officers were aware of the connection, writing, "Genuine report. Two competent
officers slightly embarrassed (Horsell Common features in H.G. Wells)."

Two other police officers in Edgware, north London, reported seeing an object in the sky in June 1984. They viewed it with
binoculars for an hour and sketched a picture, showing a white sphere with a ring of blue and red lights.
"The object moved erratically from side to side, up and down and to and fro, not venturing far from its original position,"
the officers wrote.
Other reports came from stunned members of the public, pilots, and members of the military.
The Ministry of Defense said it examined the reports and held onto the records solely to determine whether enemy aircraft had
infiltrated British airspace. Once it was determined that no enemy aircraft were in the sky, it did not investigate further.

"The Ministry of Defense has no other interest or role regarding UFO matters and does not consider questions regarding the
existence or otherwise of extraterrestrial life-forms," it said Wednesday.
That leaves many of the incidents simply unexplained, such as an April 1984 report made by a senior air traffic controller at
an unidentified airfield.
The controller was bringing in a light aircraft for landing when he noticed a series of lights appearing to come down on
another runway. The crew of the incoming plane radioed that they saw the lights, too.
All reported that they saw the lights come down "at speed," touch down, and disappear.
"They were so concerned about this, they filed an official report," Clarke said. "But what was the thing that they saw?
There's no evidence from the papers that any further investigations were done and it remains a mystery."
In 1979, two years after Steven Spielberg's alien-visitation movie "Close Encounters of the Third Kind," reports of strange
sightings had increased and the House of Lords decided to hold a debate on UFOs.
One of the documents released Wednesday is a detailed briefing prepared by the Ministry of Defense for the debate, and it
sheds light on the military's position on the matter.
"There is nothing to indicate that ufology (the study of UFOs) is anything but claptrap and no evidence at all of 'alien
space craft,'" read the briefing, prepared by the ministry for Lord Strabolgi, then government chief whip.
At least one report in the files has since been explained, however.
A report from August 1985 details the crop circles that two army officers found in a wheat field in Andover, in southern
England. They noted one large circle surrounded by four smaller ones, all perfectly round with the wheat pressed down in a
clockwise direction.
No tracks led up to the circles, they said.
The farmer called the army officers because he thought the Army Air Corps had created the circles, but the officers said they
were stumped.
"None of us could offer any reasonable explanation," they wrote.
It is now known that the crop circles were some of many created by two hoaxers named Doug Bowers and Dave Chorley, according
to Clarke.
"Doug and Dave," as they were called, came forward in 1990 to say they created the circles with a garden roller and planks of
wood, Clarke said.
"We now know that this particular circle near Andover was one of the ones that was created as a hoax by these two men," he
said.

Description: I was outside raking the yard when I saw an object approaching from a distance that moved slowly. I thought that

pulsated that was very visible.I wanted to tell others in the vacinity to simply look up and see what was so close over their

use my phone to capture a picture but when i looked through the finder i guess the object was too far away to be seen through
the cellphone.My feeling was one of aww and I felt like this was something that I would never be able to explain or see again
in my lifetime..It was no airplane or helicopter or any flying object known to man. I wanted to contact Bishop international
airport but after doing some research I read that they refer all of those type of things to the FAA and it seemed like abit
much to get into. So I did nothing..But im sure this object showed up on some radar.

Description: My wife's friend in Brazil often drives along a highway near Palamas, TO that is known for sightings of orbs. He
is a well-respected business owner and city council president, family man and very down to earth. He saw the orb approach his
car and match his speed and direction ahead of the car approximately a quarter of a Kilometer ahead. He took two photos with
his cell phone. THE CELL PHONE DOES NOT HAVE A FLASH. I tried duplicating the pictures with a digital camera and my cell
phone, and this is definately NOT the result of a flash going off in the car. THe dirt on the windshield would be
predominately lit. The best duplication I got was with my cell camera, in twilight, of a bright street light. THere seems to
be a reflection on the road of the light. One could argue that the orb is a reflection of the light on the road, but I tried
to duplicate that theory with oncoming headlights and it never looked anything like the photos. THe orb appears too bright in
the actual photos. You can see the windshield (dirty) and the orb does not seem to be a reflection on the windshield. The
gentleman's wife also reported seeing a green orb flying very close to her car along the same road about a year before. This
stretch of road and the surrounding area is well known for sightings of this type.

Description: I arrived home around 9:50pm on November 1st, I was opening the refrigerator when I heard what I though was a
plane. At first I thought nothing of it since our house isin the flight path of a nearby small airport. The sound got so loud
it seemed as if a plane was going to crash into my house or a rocket was blsating off, which cuased me to look out my back
door. When I looked outside there was a large disc shaped object which lit up as I stared in horror. I stared at the object
in shock for about 10 seconds, and the ran to my parents room, shreaking about what I saw. It was so surreal, like something
from a movie. The craft appeared to be a dark metallic object, not silver more like black. It was shaped like 2 plates put
together with the top half scalloped like a coffee filter. There was a ring of rotating lights around the center of the
craft, 2 colors that stood out were yellow and blue.

Description: On November the first at 13:50 pm I was driving north on hwy 99e going to work when two objects passed over my
left shoulder headed north going very fast. 99e runs along side Interstate 5 and is a path that many airlines take on the way
to Portland International Airport so planes in the sky are common. There is also a National Guard fighter wing stationed at
the airport and as a fan of the military I always watch the skies in hopes of seeing fighter planes. These objects were long;
cigar shaped and appeared to be shinny as if they were chrome plated. They looked to be moving faster than fighter jets but
appeared to be small like they had a lot of altitude. At first I thought they were fighter planes until they made a sharp
right (easterly) downward turn then they appeared to be tumbling end over end and twisting out of control towards the ground.
Simultaneously as they neared the ground a third object flew directly over my truck and caught up with them. As the third
object arrived they all stopped in an elongated triangle formation then appeared to move north again. Just as they began to
move they disappeared from sight. Because of the size of the objects it looked as though they were very far away but when
they began the tumble and connected with the third object it was clear they were much closer than I thought. Perhaps only 200
feet or so off the ground at their lowest point and, less than a mile in front of me.

Description: As my mom, my sister Jesenia and I were walking back home from taking the kids (my nephews) trickertreating, I
decided to look at the sky as the moon was nearly full and it was a beautiful clear night. I noticed there were three glowing
disc-shapped objects in the sky that zig-zagged left and right in a forward motion. A distance behind the 3 was another one
that trailed behind about the distance of the 3 that followed each other. We were in awe to have seen what we initially
thought were balloons, but we started questioning why we heard the humming and why they moved in maticulous fashion. So we
discounted them being balloons. I tried captioring video with my HD camera, but It was too dark and they were atleast 3 miles
high in the sky.

Description: Tonight, my family and I took a long drive in the country to take photos of the autumn leaves. As we were
returning home, my daughter said "What's that up in the sky?" We all turned to look, and I first noticed the moon, which
looked pretty bright, and I saw a jet flying underneath it (going in opposite direction). At first I thought this is what she
was talking about. My mother was also in the car and spotted what my daughter was seeing. It was then, that I looked to the
right of the moon and saw the exact same thing I did nearly a month ago. I pulled off on a side road so my son could see it,
he got out of the car, but it dissappeard from his line of view, by then it was already gone. I regretfully was not able to
get any photos. This had the same long cylinder-like appearance as what I saw before. It was about 4:45 or so, and the sun
had already started to set. The object was very bright white looking. We didn't notice wings or any flashing lights, just as
in the incident before. This time it was heading south and did not seem to be moving nearly as fast, but still fast enough to
not be able to get a good view before going over the tree tops. This object was nearly in the same area as where it was
spotted before. No chem-trails, and we couldn't tell if it was making sound as we were in the car, and closer to the
interstate. We pulled back onto the main road, and tried to catch up and see if we could spot it again, but it was already
gone. I sure would like to know if others have seen this as well. Thank you.

Description: It started back in May 2009; I went to my sons school to pick him up from a band concert he was in and when I
left my house, I saw 3 huge lights at the corner of my dead end street. As I approached the stop sign, I found myself
underneath a huge triangle; it was about 100 feet above my head and had 3 lights in the rear, 3 lights in the center and as I
drove under it further, it had 3 lights in the front. It was at least an 1/8 of a mile long and 100 feet across. As I passed
the nearest intersection (Route 93), I finally was past it. I think I was in shock as I continued to drive to my son's
school; I picked him up and as I drove back to my house, I hoped it would still be there, however it was gone. When I got
home I told my mom; I must have been convincing, because she beleived me. After that, every clear night I saw a star shaped
object, sometimes 3. however I new in my heart these were no stars. This continued evey clear night I could see well into the
sky; these things were preety stationary and moved from south to north over the course of the night. Then I started seeing
objects flying away from the stationary objects with blinking lights, almost like planes except they flew erractly and
eventually flew below the tree lines. Two nights ago I decided to look at them through my son's binoculars and confirmed what
I knew in my heart, they're not stars, they're triangular shaped and blue at the top white in the middle and towards the
bottom and red at the tail. The objects that leave them are blimp shaped and the entire object blinks lights in a spike
pattern, the spikes being white and red. I'm actually looking at them while I'm typing this letter! I'm disabled, therefore
poor and can not afford to buy a telescope and have no means of taking pictures. I assure you that this is no hoax and I'm
asking you to bring your eqiptment on any clear night and you will crap your pants!!! What freaks me out is that Niagara
Falls has a huge airbase and can't beleive no one is reporting this! It's also over the general vacinity of Southern Ontario,
Canada, these people must be seeing what I'm seeing; why isn't anyone saying anything???????? I'm 51 years old and as sane as
they come! I have a 150 IQ and I'm as honest as Abe Lincoln! This goes on EVERY clear night and the event lasts all night,
therefore the bags under my eyes!! This is as good as it gets; please don't pass on these events, they're better than

Description: I was delivering pizzas and I noticed two lights That were at an angle from each other they were pulsing red and
going around eachother in circles I called mufon immediatly and was on the phone with a dispatcher in Florida as I was
witnessing the ufos. I continued to observe for two minutes and eventually one of the craft flew away from the formation to

Description: Opening the back door to go out and set up for the evening's festivities, I immediately noticed three bright
orange lights floating towards my direction underneath the low and slow moving overcast clouds. Standing there for a few
seconds, I could discern they were actually moving in a direction along a major city street, Morganford, just on the other
side of it from me, where there is a blocks sized historic city cemetery. The lights seemed to be bobbing in the gentle but
steady wind that was also moving along that direction. I noted to my friend who was standing with her back to that in the
yard, that I wondered if they were Chinese lanterns, many being reported in England during late Spring and early Summer
there. Neither of us have ever seen them, only pictures, but each orange light looked like a tongue of fire. We both agreed
that each seemed to not have a distinct outline, but was in the shape of a "campfire" including intensity of color and
brightness of the "flame," but the "fire" didn't flickr. It was more like it was light being emitted from the base of the
"fire" making the "flame." They moved along, if a car, at 5 to 10 miles per hour, and appeared to be directly over the
cemetery as they went by. They slowly ascended from about 15 degrees initially to about 45 degrees when they passed right by
the house. When they were approaching close to the house, each of them "vibrated" at a different time within a few seconds of
each other, not at the same place in the sky, nor in sequence. The middle, the first then last fire oscillated perpendicular
to the direction it was going, several times in succession per each oscillation, at least three times its length in each
oscillated direction. I've never heard of a crosswind making Chinese lanterns oscillate that way, nor not an external
structure around the internal flame. Also, just as they passed the house, the clouds right by them light up with lighting
bolts visible within them but made no sound! It was the only lightening we saw all night. They then seemed to start to ascend
at a much faster rate and were either dimming out or getting closer to the clouds, at which point we stopped looking at them.

Chimpanzees and many other animals have FOXP2, but the human versiondiffers at two links in the chain of amino acids that
make up theprotein. Scientists have suspected that those two amino acid changeswere not merely cosmetic, but might alter the
way FOXP2 functions,perhaps paving the way for the evolution of language. The new studyfinds that human FOXP2, compared with
the chimp version, alters theactivity of at least 116 genes in brain cells grown in laboratorydishes, neurogeneticist Daniel
Geschwind of the University ofCalifornia, Los Angeles and colleagues report in the Nov. 12 Nature. Of the affected genes, 61
showed higher activity with human FOXP2 thanthe chimp form. Many of those genes are involved in neural developmentand the
production of collagen, cartilage and soft tissues. Thoseresults suggest that the protein may play roles in shaping both
thebrain and the vocal apparatus that makes speech possible. The humanversion of the protein decreased activity of 55 genes.
Together these findings are "consistent with these genes being part ofa molecular circuit related to human cognition,"
including circuitsneeded for language, Geschwind says. He thinks FOXP2 and the genes itregulates make the brain better able
to integrate sensory informationwith movements, as in hearing sounds and then shaping the tongue, lipsand vocal tract to
reproduce those sounds. Genes regulated by FOXP2 make up a subset of all the genes known tohave different levels of activity
in the brains of humans and chimps.The protein and the genes it influences account for about 20 percentof the changes in gene
activity seen between the two species, theresearchers discovered. "That tells us that FOXP2 is itself responsible for many of
thechanges," between humans and chimps, "or that it's part of a largercircuitry," Geschwind says. "There are likely to be
many things thatmake us human, but some of these data really highlight itsimportance." FOXP2 has become a celebrity gene for
its possible role in languagedevelopment (SN Online: 11/5/08), but while it may help shape theneural circuits that enable
speech, it's certainly not the wholestory, says Pasko Rakic, a neuroscientist at Yale University. "Change two amino acids and
suddenly we speak? It's not so," he says.The new study does show important functional differences between thehuman and chimp
versions of the protein, and may lead to a betterunderstanding of the molecular basis of language evolution, he says. Another
caveat to the study is that the experiments were done in cellsgrown in laboratory dishes, says Simon Fisher, a neuroscientist
at theUniversity of Oxford in England. "We are still some way off from describing how differences in FOXP2alter the
properties and behavior of neurons in the living brain," he says.
